BeTo Quinonez I luv this record first of all as I am a big little fan of The Comforters. Reminds me of Mazzy Star but with a sort of beautiful waves of lost innocence. Very captivating sound & stories. As I like to paint, music such as this keeps me together. But I have to admit, I had to also have this version of The Church, which I am a big fan. Brings back good times and memories.

about

Our version of The Church's classic song.

lyrics

Sometimes when this place gets kind of empty,
Sound of their breath fades with the light.
I think about the loveless fascination,
Under the milky way tonight.

Lower the curtain down in memphis,
Lower the curtain down all right.
I got no time for private consultation,
Under the milky way tonight.

Wish I knew what you were looking for.
Might have known what you would find.

And it's something quite peculiar,
Something that's shimmering and white.
Leads you here despite your destination,
Under the milky way tonight

Wish I knew what you were looking for.
Might have known what you would find.
Wish I knew what you were looking for.
Might have known what you would find.

Under the milky way tonight.

And it's something quite peculiar,
Something that's shimmering and white.
Leads you here despite your destination,
Under the milky way tonight
